We went to Uzbekistan in September 2022 and were very happy with the trip. Alexander, Kristina, and Pavel, thank you so much from all 15 of us. The Teamhike team took incredible care of us and did everything they could to make our trip comfortable and interesting. Three days, three cities, and an immersive introduction to the culture. Everything was clearly planned, with no hiccups.

I’d like to share my impressions of a winter trip to Lake Baikal with the Teamhike team. These days there are so many options that it’s hard to choose. We went with Teamhike on our friends’ recommendation, and it was the best choice!!!
I finally got around to writing a review of my winter trip to Lake Baikal)) Everything was great: a full itinerary and comfortable accommodation. That’s not always a given in Khuzhir) The team did their best to show us and tell us as much as possible. They were flexible and adjusted the plans to the weather. I recommend them!
Our trip to Dagestan in May 2022 was wonderful.
We went river rafting on the Besputa River in Tula Oblast in June. We were lucky with the weather. The river is beautiful, though there aren't many places to camp along it. Our guide-instructor was Pasha, and Sasha and Maksim helped out at camp. They were wonderful and took such thoughtful care of us. The food was delicious (cooked in a kazan), and special thanks for the fish soup made with freshly caught fish! We rafted for two days and covered about 30 km, which was manageable for our fitness level. The riverside banya was wonderful!
Lake Baikal in winter, March 2020. The best trip I've taken in the last 10 years! This place has incredible energy. The colors were amazing; everything was breathtakingly beautiful. We stayed at a base (special thanks to our host, Vera), and everything was clean and comfortable. The tour was organized incredibly well. The team gave it 200%. Oh my, the fish was delicious. Omul (Baikal whitefish) was the best thing we ate! Olkhon Island is beautiful, with clear ice and stunning grottos. And there was the banya and, of course, that night in a tent on the ice!
We visited Kamchatka in August and loved the region. We'll definitely come back. It's a shame we couldn't visit Avachinsky Volcano because of the weather. The trip to Gorely Volcano was great, and we loved its crater. We visited the Small Valley of Geysers and went out into the ocean on a yacht, where we saw a Steller sea lion rookery. We also went to the Malkinskiye hot springs and caught fish by hand. We loved the trip overall, but have a couple of suggestions for the organizers: offer more variety in the vegetarian menu, and please add Vachkazhets Volcano to the itinerary.
Kamchatka, May 2019. Our friends tried hard to talk us out of going to Kamchatka in May, and we weren't sure whether it was a good time to visit. In the end, we were surprised by how warm the weather was, and we saw everything on the itinerary. We loved going out into the ocean and the stunning views of the snow-covered volcanoes. We ate our fill of sea urchins, crabs, and fish. We went beyond Vilyuchinsky Pass, where there was a lot of snow. The snowmobile rides were excellent.
My husband and I visited Altai in July 2018. The route took us to Mount Belukha, but we didn't climb the mountain itself. It's hard to put into words the beauty we saw. There wasn't a day when we weren't in awe of our surroundings. Our group was small: 12 people and 2 guide-instructors. The team was wonderful and helped and supported us in every way. Special thanks for the organization and care taken in choosing the gear. We had ultralight tents and sleeping bags. We'll definitely go to Kamchatka with you. We're saving up!!!
We went river rafting with the group in Karelia. We rafted on the Keret River, and I really enjoyed the trip. I especially want to mention the banya and fishing at the campsites. The guide-instructors were clearly professionals who love what they do, even though the river had some challenging rapids. We never had to worry about safety. One suggestion: bring a guitar.
I went to Crimea with the group in June. The scenery was incredible, and I especially loved the Grand Canyon. I didn't dare swim in the baths because the water was very cold. The views from Mount Ai-Petri were unbelievably beautiful; I even teared up a little. The Laspi seaside campsite was wonderful, though the sea wasn't very warm. The participants' gear was transported by car, but I had expected a full hike with a backpack, so I'm giving it four stars. I also wish the tour information had been communicated more clearly. Overall, though, the trip was very well organized, and the guide-instructors were fantastic.
Teamhike is a great tour operator!
