Kamchatka trip - May 2019
May is a great time to visit Kamchatka.

Kamchatka's extraordinary natural beauty, much of it untouched by humans, includes more than 100 volcanoes and glaciers, countless hot springs and bubbling geysers, rivers and waterfalls with crystal-clear water, a rich variety of wildlife and plants, and an extraordinary Pacific coastline. Without exaggeration, it makes Kamchatka one of the most beautiful places on our planet!
We traditionally run two trips to this wonderful region each year. Each has its own appeal. In May, nature puts on a true springtime show as it awakens from its winter slumber: powerful rivers carry meltwater to the ocean, trees turn bright green, and flowers color the meadows and the foothills of volcanoes. The May trip stands out for activities such as dog sledding, river rafting, and snowmobiling, with accommodation exclusively at recreation bases.
