River rafting on the Kirzhach River for Sberbank
A river rafting trip in Vladimir Oblast for Sberbank employees (Moscow Bank).

Sberbank employees (Moscow Bank) spent their weekend river rafting on the Bolshoy Kirzhach, one of the most beautiful rivers in Vladimir Oblast. The route started in the village of Trutnevo and ended in a pine forest 15 km from the starting point. During the trip, participants took part in a game on the route called "water biathlon." Based on the results, the guide-instructors determined the winning team.
The Bolshoy Kirzhach is a beautiful, winding river. It is 8–10 meters wide in places and averages 5–6 meters across its channel. Not far from the starting point, the river offers a beautiful view of the Church of the Transfiguration in the village of Smolnevo.
Sandy shoals can sometimes be found along the banks, making great spots for swimming. Overall, the river has a calm current and is ideal for kayaking.
